In spite of the heat you're experiencing, those lovely shots really look cool...in more ways than one! Beautiful...I think your temps are nothing compared to what I experienced for Skywatch Friday!
It is hard to believe that it gets that hot in your area. I like the little ice stack on the water, it is cooling. I’m getting a post together on Denali and am gathering some pictures with snow, so I understand that it looks cool to the eyes (but the rest of the body is still very warm).
Faboulous photos for Sky Watch Friday packed full of all kinds of lovely shades of blue.
what a lovely scenery! you've caught both the heat and the icy coolness beautifully. thnx
Lovely blues. I heard you'd been getting it hot over there so was a little surprised to see the ice! And then I saw your date. Don't think that mini iceberg would stand a chance just now!
Beautiful scenes and skies. Wonderful shots.
Wow, sure is hot for your part of the world. Great shots and had a giggle at the contrast to the Ontario pics!
Carolyn: Neat shot of the blue skies, thanks for throughing the ice flow to cool it off.
Nice skies and a cool place to cool off in the water. Hope that ice works for you.
On a hot day, that island is more of an oasis. Great shots and so inviting.
Wow, hard to imagine ice... right now. Amazing. Beautiful shots!
Always have a bit of Ontario coolness by you. That blue does look intense.
good thing you have all that water around to cool off in your extra hot days of summer! Your images are wonderful.

I'm impressed that you can even hoist up a camera and take some photos... this heat has sapped my energy. These last few days have been real cookers... ugh! Can you arrange a little arctic outflow from up there? ;-)
Beautiful reflections. Water and sky - made for each other. Lovely shots; hope you get back to normal temps soon!
These are amazing. The blues are really wonderful.
The ice is something I haven't seen before.
Sydney - City and Suburbs
and here it continues to be cool and rainy nearly every day. Unusual summer, for sure!
Better late than never.. I struggle each week whom to visit for Sky Watch...
These are stunning.. and the tiny little iceburge is so good..
