Nice picture. I've always found it remarkable that there are places where it snows on the beach (I know, I need to get out more.).
I'm with Stan, it does look odd to have snow on the beach, but then I have been out, to those very beaches along Lake Ontario and seen the snow on the sands. Still think it looks strange, even if it's well captured in your pic.
Love the pic. But then I am a sucker for the beach, especially in winter. I posted one myself a couple of weeks ago.
I love this -- it's always startling for some reason to see snow on the beach.
That is an interesting shot,... they look like scraps of white paper blown across the beach!
Oh! I have to go there! I'm in Vancouver and have always wanted to visit your beautiful part of the world. I'm always schemingn on trips... how can this self-employed writer mom and her home schooling son get out of the city and off for adventure? Thanks!
I'm always amazed at pictures of the sea in conjunction with snow, but even mores so wow have never seen or even imagined anything like this
I thought the sand shapes were actually cloths laid out on the beach for someone to take some kind of artsy picture of....and here it is..just sand....now that is an artsy photo!
I've never seen a photo like this before, mostly winter photos are snows in the woods or streets or bakyards but this one is at the beach... brrrr anyone for sunbathing? LOL!!!
