Very beautiful. I started to follow your blog after one of your WW posts. Haida Gwaii has always been on my bucket list. "The Golden Spruce" of several years ago made it even more real to me. Ironically the 1st visit to your site under the section "you may also like" I saw a reference to the "Regent Theater" which just so happens to be here in my hometown of Picton, ON.
Oh! I've been watching the sunrises lately myself, and I think each one is more spectacular than the last. This photo is filled with anticipation...for a new day, the beginning of Spring, and even, a sunny day, perhaps.
Each day the sun shines, the snow melts a little more. When the temperatures at night are above freezing, the soil will finally thaw. And then...finally, there's spring planting!
