SkyWatch Friday

Beautiful garden art at Harbourfront
I've been laying low this past week, I think it is the "February blahs" so I went through some of my recent photos taken in Toronto to cheer me up!

Carolyn, so many people have the winter doldrums! I have been trying to stave them off with walks and photography which is working for the most part. Don't get me wrong! There will be a big sigh and a Hallelujah at the first signs of spring! Have a great day Carolyn.

You're doing a lot to cure my February 'blahs' by showing all these blue skies, to say nothing of the detail you've captured in these shots.

Love the composition of the first shot - very clever with the flag in the middle.

Hope you get your mojo back next week - not long until spring, there are little green shoots around if you look very carefully. xo

I remember the Feb Blahs waiting for spring so well, but you did manage to find some delightful images of TO to share with us.

Ah, I think those winter doldrums have attacked us all! Love your capture for the day! And the blue skies will return! They did return here today! I'm blowing them your way, Carolyn! Have great weekend!

Sadly, it has been a dreary week weather wise. We could use some sun...a LOT of sun!

Spring IS coming!!!! February is already more than half over, then comes March. And you know what March means?? Spring! Even in Canada.

We all need a break at times. I was at the cabin for a whole week and it was glorious. I think our readers understand. Got to replenish the creative juices. I love the first shot, so nicely framed. - Margy

2 really good photographs. I like texture of the water in the second. I like the view through the art to the flag in the first.

I have been looking at your pictures – looks quite cold over there. I just placed a post on Florida and I can see why so many Canadians like to winter in that state. My daughter and I went to the top of the CN tower when we visited Toronto – it’s quite scary to look down that glass floor. I took some pictures then but the weather was not too clear. I enjoyed looking at yours.

Beautiful intricate patterns in your first photo, and the second also has lovely detail in it. Cheer up, - spring is coming!

Beautiful photos from Toronto! Toronto is a long way from Haida Gwaii, isn´t it?

What a pretty frame it creates on the first shot, with the flag in the center!

Beautiful second shot as well. And with those little guys swimming around too.
